Once the service agreement is signed, we’ll introduce you to your matched Healthcare Virtual Assistant—carefully selected based on your specialty, workflow, and preferred systems. From there, onboarding begins immediately, with most HVAs fully up and running within 3–10 business days. 


Yes. We offer a free 3-day trial so you can experience the value of working with a Healthcare Virtual Assistant—no long-term commitment required upfront. 


Our HVAs work during U.S. and Australian business hours so you never have to worry about communication gaps.  

We offer flexible time zone coverage tailored to your needs. If you need work delivered by the next business day, we’ll match you with an HVA who can work aligned to your schedule—including evenings, weekends, or overnight. No matter your time zone, your deliverables will be ready when you need them.

Our HVA services require a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. For clinical scribe services, scope and availability are based on the number of notes that need to be completed daily or weekly, ensuring coverage is aligned with your documentation volume.

While our match rate is high, we do offer replacements if needed—at no extra cost. Your satisfaction and workflow continuity are our priorities.
